    Service Agreement for Leanne Martell Wellness services

    Leanne Martell is not a licensed medical professional or naturopathic doctor. I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in any and all of the ongoing activities sponsored by Leanne Martell and hereby agree to accept any and all risks. I understand and acknowledge that the services provided are at times restricted to consultation on the subject of health matters for general well-being and are not meant for the purposes of medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribing of medicine for any diseases or any licensed or controlled act which may constitiute the practice of medicine. This statement is signed voluntarily.

    By using this website and/or scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through LeanneMartellWellness.com and/or Leanne Martell and by communicating with Leanne Martell in any fashion, you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with and accept the following legally and morally:
    1. You are courteous and aged 18 or over, with an open mind and an open heart. Anyone under 18 must have an adult present at all times.
    2. All services are subject to availability, offered for purposes of guidance and assistance, and given at our discretion and convenience.     Any information, communication and/or consultations with Leanne Martell and/or via the LeanneMartellWellness.com website are for educational, spiritual, personal development and entertainment purposes only.
    3. LeanneMartellWellness.com / Leanne Martell is not to be held responsible or liable for the misuse of any services offered herein, and reserves the right to refuse or end services at anytime
    4. You are solely responsible for your own self, life-path and the fulfilment of your life’s purpose. 100% accuracy or effectiveness of any services is not guaranteed.
    5.     No ThetaHealing Healing Session and/or practitioner session techniques given by Leanne Martell and/or via the LeanneMartellWellness.com website is intended to, or should it ever take the place of professional service including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.
    6. All course fees and deposits are non-refundable and transferable to other ThetaHealing sessions and courses.
    7. No refund for all sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time.
    8. If you arrive late, the time is deducted from your appointment as there is a schedule and other people to consider and refunds cannot be made.
    9. LeanneMartellWellness.com sessions and courses do not replace or negate medical opinions given to you by a professional doctor.
    10. Every article, blog, image and writings on this website are copyrighted and may not be reproduced electronically or otherwise in any form without the express written permission of the owner of LeanneMartell.com. Images are from Google Images.
    11.     You agree to absolutely and hold harmless Leanne Martell and LeanneMartellWellness.com, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

    14. Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, display, share, distribute and/or archive any material, photo, content, etc. without express written permission from Leanne Martell Owner and Publisher:
    - Social Media: You may share my content and videos on appropriate social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) as long as appropriate attribution is given. For permission to share my content on other venues please contact me.
    - Confidentiality: Leanne Martell preserves client confidentiality by never sharing information learned during sessions; unless required by law.
