Appointment Booking
- To book your appointment, email Leanne at [email protected]
- Please indicate your preferred dates and times and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
- Appointment times are generally 8am, 9:30am, 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 3:30pm MT (Mountain Time).
- Appointments are by phone or Zoom.
- Sessions are purchased at least 2 days prior to your session time.
- Please complete the DocuSign service agreement prior to your first session.
- Theta Healing works in-person or remotely.
- Appointments are available world-wide by phone. Long distance charges are your responsibility.
Appointment Payment
- Appointments are paid either by bank eTransfer, Interac or PayPal to [email protected] at least 2 days prior to your session date to reserve your session. See below for Appointment Cancellation Policy.
- For Canadians, 5% GST is applied to all transactions including sessions and courses/seminars.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment payments are non-refundable. Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows be to offer the appointment time to another client. In the absence of a true emergency, failure to cancel or reschedule in advance means you have to pay for the missed appointment.
Time Zone Differences
To calculate time zone differences, please use http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html or http://everytimezone.com so that it corresponds with MT - mountain time (Calgary, Alberta).

Via email [email protected], I will answer one brief question pertaining to what you'd like to work on during your session before you schedule an appointment. Detailed explanations of your situation is best discussed during the session.
How to prepare for your Theta Healing ® Session
Three steps are important for preparation of your ThetaHealing ® session - hydration, positive attitude and clarity regarding the conditions/issues with which you want to work.
First, for muscle testing to work well, make sure your body is hydrated. You can do this by drinking a reasonable amount of water the day before and the day of the session. If you have issues with your kidneys or other conditions that require you to limit fluid intake, make sure you follow your doctor’s advice before drinking more water than normal.
Second, come into your session with an attitude of wanting positive change and be ready to accept that change.
Third, it is important to be clear about the issue you want to work on, how the issue is serving you, what you're learning from the issue. Write down how you are feeling now about the issue. This will serve as a comparison after your sessions.

What is the Duration of a Session?
Theta Healing ® is a quick and effective technique. Leanne Martell offers Theta Healing ® sessions which are approximately 60 minutes in duration.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Most feel a shift in their feeling toward the issue or condition with the first session. Sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired change. For a condition to clear it may take multiple sessions. The client is in control of accepting the healing.
Sessions Long Distance
Leanne Martell Wellness ThetaHealing ® sessions are available world-wide. ThetaHealing ® works equally well by phone as in person. A distance session uses the same ThetaHealing ® protocol and format as an in-person session.
